ATM 提款卡都要付 RM 8 年费吗? 我有 4 张提款卡，在我大学期间及工作期间就有了这些卡，大学期间贷款借钱 PTPTN，所以就在大学开了 Bumiputra Bank Commerce (现在称为 CIMB BANK)，在 SONY 工作的时候就开了 Maybank 的户口，也拿了 Maybank 的提款卡和 Credit Card (信用卡)。

从那个时候开始，我就以为要拿提款卡就要付年费，一年的年费 Annual fee 是 RM 8 。银行的职员都是这样告诉我们，不只是我，我的弟弟或朋友都是这样被银行职员给误导了。

马来西亚每家银行都有 Basic Savings Account

原来马来西亚的国家银行 Bank Negara 有设下规定：每间银行必须提供最基本的储蓄户口，就是 Basic Savings Account (有提款卡的户口)无需付年费， NO Annual Fee 那种。

可是，很多人都不知道，而且银行的职员也告诉我们有卡都要付 RM 8。有些银行更聪明，直接给我们 Debit Card (过账卡)，强制性收我们年费。我上网找了两家最大的银行。Maybank 及 CIMB，发现他们的网站都有 Basic Savings Account (NO Annual Fee)，证明真的是有这样的户口。

Basic Savings Account 的限制

其实每家银行都有 Basic Savings Account 类型的储蓄户口，而且有两种选择 (option 1 / option 2) 。一种是需要 RM 8 年费，而另一种则不需要付年费。No Annual Fee 的储蓄户口，银行都会有限制提款次数，比如最多8次，当超过提款次数则每次征收服务费 RM 0.50。如果你并不是时常用 ATM / Debit 卡提款，那么你可以选择这种 Basic Savings Account。

我有 4 张提款卡，一般只是用其中一张来提款，另外 3 张是很少用的，因此我保留一张需要 RM 8 的年费的提款卡。另外 3 张的卡，我要换去免年费的户口。如果不能换，那我只好关掉要年费的户口，开过不需年费的户口了。

您好，我的 Maybank 户口一路来都是 Basic Saving Account, 我也选了免年费，但是还是被扣 RM8 。以下为Maybank 职员回复我的信息内容：
Thank you for the information provided. We wish to inform that the RM8 is the annual fee for your ATM card. With the annual fee you will enjoy unlimited free ATM cash withdrawals. Otherwise, you will be charged RM0.50 for the 5th withdrawal onwards for the month.

However the fees will be waived if the account balance is more than RM5,000 at the point of transaction.

  到了今时今日，每一家银行都有不需要付 RM 8 的 Basic Savings Account. 以上就有国内五家银行的网站，里头都有提到 Basic Savings Account.

  你的提款卡每年还需要被扣 RM 8. 我试过要换去 BASIC SAVING ACCOUNT 2，可是不行，得重新开过。你或许可以问问 CIMB 银行的工作人员。

      Basic Saving Account 2 虽然没有年费，但是也有给予 Debit Card。有关的 Debit Card 是不需要给 RM 8 的。

  Maxloon120, yes. CIMB bank officer already told me that CIMB have the BSA(2) account. Basic Saving Account 2 not need pay RM8 yearly.

  No, black june. You should go to the website and see, Personal banking > Daily banking > Saving Accounts > Basic Account 2 (BSA 2) which without RM 8 annual fee.
