I’m using Maxis Wireless Broadband since I was study last time; it was more than 3 years.
I pay RM 48.00 Every month for 1.5 GB quota/ month. Recently, I found that Maxis have improved for Maxis Wireless Broadband plans. Here are some Details on their package.
As an existing customer, I wish I can enjoy these benefits; I hope that Maxis will upgrade my quota too 3GB (1.5GB+1. 5GB).
I went to the Maxis MEP Outlet, they ask me to call 1800 82 2000. I called to 1800 82 2000, they advised me to terminate my own account and sign-up for a new account.
After that, I also tried to email and leave some comments on their forum. Again, Maxis require me to sign-up for a new contract of a minimum of 12 months.
I’m really disappointed to Maxis. I’m already their existing customer for more than 3 years. And now, I have to bundler with new contract for another 12 months? Does it make sense?
Why Maxis offer this benefit for NEW customer but not existing customer?
