为了配合政府推出的关怀网络计划 (Jaringan Prihatin) ，杨忠礼通讯公司 YES 宣布国内 B40 群体的家庭或单身人士将能获得免费手机 (Free Phones) 和一年的免费网络数据 (Free Data) 。

YES 通讯公司推出两种《YES关怀计划》，即《YES关怀居家学习家庭计划》与《YES关怀居家学习个人计划》。

在政府津贴下，用户可免费获得智能手机 (Free Phones) 、网络数据 (Free Data) 以及杨忠礼基金会居家学习计划平台的所有学习资源。用户无需支付任何押金、无需签约或支付任何收费，就可以获得为期一年的免费服务，同时还可得到 RM50 令吉的 Shopee 礼券来购买必需品。

申请免费手机记得输入 Referral Code “01130415626” 方便日后查询

政府与 12 家电讯公司合作

其实，马来西亚政府和国内 12 家电讯公司合作推出网络关怀计划（Program Jaringan Prihatin）。通过这项计划，人民关怀援助金 (BPR) 的受惠者将可获得高达 RM300 购买智能手机配套或上网数据配套。

参与这项计划的电讯公司包括了: Celcom, Maxis, Digi, MCalls, redONE, speakOUT, Tune Talk, U Mobile, unifi Mobile, XOX Mobile, YES 和 Yoodo 电讯公司。

每家电讯公司提供的手机配套都不相同，因此大家可以先比较各家的手机配套，才做出选择。

如何上网申请 YES 免费手机

1. 浏览 YES 官方网站:  https://prihatin.yes.my/ 或 http://bit.ly/prihatinyes

2. 输入身份证号码，确定是 B40 家庭或单身人士。

3. 接着，输入身份证上的名字。

4. 选择配套（免费智能手机或免费预付配套)

5. 输入寄送地址/联络号码/电邮。

6. 输入 Kod Rujukan 或 Referral Code “01130415626” 方便日后查询

申请 YES 免费手机注意事项

注意: YES 电讯公司没有注明会赠送什么型号的手机。

注意: 申请时请留意 Learn From Home For Families 和 Learn From Home For Individuals 是有免费手机的配套，而 Prepaid Plan 只有一张 SIM 卡，没有免费手机。

注意: 根据读者反馈，单身人士在5月末起，已经没得申请 YES 免费手机。

注意: 输入 Kod Rujukan 或 Referral Code “01130415626” ，而不是自己的手机号码。
