After I have written an article on topic “How to switch number from Celcom to Maxis”, I continue doing my research on how to change Celcom Plan to DiGi Plan.
Digi Plan Prepaid and Postpaid
Here is the Digi Plan in Malaysia, including Digi Smart Prepaid, Digi Easy Prepaid, Digi Best Prepaid and Digi Simple Postpaid.

First of all, let’s me make some explanation on what is MNP.
Mobile Number Portability or MNP is a service that allows us to switch over to DiGi from our current service provider without changing our mobile number.
There are 2 methods to switch from Celcom to DiGi. Both of those methods required us for no commitments with our current service provider and keep our current mobile number active.
After that, is time for me to share on how to switch from Celcom to DiGi.
Method 1: Visit DiGi Centre
Visit any DiGi centre, and then you can choose either switch to DiGi Prepaid, DiGi Postpaid or DiGi Business. Just simply submit your MNP request to DiGi, then you will get your new DiGi SIM card.
Replace your current SIM card with the new DiGi SIM card only AFTER your current SIM card has stopped working.
Your switch can be completed in less than 24 hours!
Method 2: Switch Online
Switch online. Submit your details online to switch to DiGi Prepaid. DiGi will deliver a SIM pack to your doorstep and switch you to DiGi within 7 working days.
You will receive a call from DiGi within the next working day to confirm your registration and delivery details. After that, DiGi’s appointed delivery agent will send a SIM pack to you.
